Anxiety
Can often look like
Constant worry that feels difficult to control.
Feeling on edge or unable to relax.
Overthinking decisions or anticipating the worst.
Physical symptoms such as muscle tension, racing thoughts, or difficulty sleeping.
Avoiding situations because they feel overwhelming or uncertain.
My Approach
Anxiety is rarely random. More often, it develops for reasons that make sense within the context of our lives, relationships, and experiences. I believe anxiety, like all emotions, can be a valuable source of information. Together, we work to better understand what it may be communicating while developing more flexible and sustainable ways of responding to it.
