15- Minute Consultation: 15-minute phone consultation to discuss what brings you to therapy, answer questions about my practice, and determine whether we may be a good fit for working together.

Intake Session: A 90-100 minute session designed to help us develop a thorough understanding of your concerns, personal history, relationships, and goals for therapy. This assessment serves as the foundation for our work together, allows us to efficiently create a thoughtful plan for moving forward. ($275)

Individual Sessions: 50–53 minute psychotherapy session tailored to your individual needs and treatment goals. ($165)
